Our department aim to inspire and bring together the talented promises of the future in the field of Botany and Biotechnology. We nurture the nature by biotechnological ways. The department advance knowledge, training in basic bio techniques and also education, extension and training on conservation and sustainable utilization of nature. After the completion of the course the students can opt either botany or biotechnology for their future academic plan. Further they can go for higher education taking PG in Biotechnology, Botany, Molecular Biology, Bio Science etc. They can optvarious diploma courses offered by agricultural universities, food and safety department etc.
